Week 33

Our second employee, Chasidy, started at the clinic today. We also had someone put an offer in on our house. Turns out, she is the only person that ever came to look at our house and she had put offers on 3 others houses before ours, but things kept falling through for one reason or another. Not only is it amazing that we are selling our house so quickly (especially in this market) to the only person who came to look at it, but the lady NEEDS to close before the end of May! That couldn't be more perfect for us. We put an offer in on the house that we really wanted and found out at 9:30pm that it was accepted! We are now in contract on our closing date is May 26...exactly 3 weeks before our baby is due! God is good and all of this is happening because of Him and the answers to our prayer. Looks like I'll get to do the nursery for a third time.
