We went with my family on our annual canoe trip up in Oklahoma this week. We drove up on Tuesday morning and back home on Wednesday afternoon, so it's a fast trip! Savannah was a perfect little traveler on the four hour drive up there and back! We stayed in little one bedroom / one bathroom cabin that we shared with my brothers. The cabin has a loft and little kitchen area, too. The weather wasn't the best...mostly cloudy the first day and even sprinkling the next day, but we made the most of it.

We did a little swimming when we first got there while some of the older kids (including Savannah's daddy) went on the super fun water slide. That evening, my dad grilled hamburgers and hot dogs for everyone. Savannah really enjoyed the watermelon we had for a refreshing snack!

Soooo, I didn't do the greatest job taking pictures of this trip. We mostly hung out just visiting. We did get about 9 people together to play a couple games of "Golf" the card game. Loads of fun! While the group went canoeing on Wednesday, Savannah and I stayed with my grandma...just hanging out in the cabin and getting in a good little nap. It's always a nice little get-away!
