We've been to the Dallas World Aquarium several times, but have been wanting to go explore the newest aquarium in our area. So this weekend we took the kids to the Sea Life Aquarium in Grapevine. It was a huge success. Although noticeably smaller than the DWA, it was still plenty for our kids to see. It only took us about an hour to make our way through it all. No crowds probably helped our speed. It was nice not feeling rushed so that other could get a look at the animals, but also nice that the kids were easily able to get as close as they wanted to all the windows.

Since we were in the Grapevine Mills Mall, we decided to take the kids to eat at the Rainforest Cafe. Seeing all of the animals "come to life" was captivating, but the kids did NOT want to get close to them.
After lunch, we were done. The kids did great, but it made for a long first half of the day.
